Catholic Home Care services more than 2,100 patients in their residences through the acute care agency and over 200 long term patients each day. The Home Care team consists of more than 550 dedicated professionals, para-professionals, and support staff to ensure that patients continue to have their home care needs met twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. A specialist in clinical care, change management and continuous improvement initiatives, Donna is our Executive Manager Residential Care.
